"Being a busy mum to a toddler signing up with a gym was not a conducive option for me when I decided to tone up and lose at least a dress size.
When I started with Katrina I was a good size 14, fatigued and physically and mentally exhausted from 9 months of sleep deprivation. 6 months later with reasonable consistent working out, Katrinas coaching and some extensive supplementation to get my thyroid in better shape, I am now a size 10, with a lot more energy and better sleep.
I bought an entire new lingerie and underwear wardrobe last week (size 10) and the lady who fitted me commented on how great my body looked considering having had a baby. That was encouraging, wonderful to hear and quite frankly, one of the nicest compliments I have had in a long time. It just held so much validity as it came from someone who sees women in their underwear daily.

I've turned into a gym junkie at the late age of 52! I've really enjoyed the Fizique approach since joining three months ago. I've been training regularly for about the last 18 months. I use a regular trainer once a week who is fantastic and Fizique just adds the cream on the cake. The daily emails keep me motivated and the routines are varied enough to stop me from becoming bored. I also like the fact that I can access the program calendar and look ahead so I can plan my week. At first some of the exercises looked too easy but once I started doing them I quickly changed my mind. I like the convenience too - I can take my program with me wherever I go and I don't necessarily need to visit a gym - most of the exercises are adaptable to any location. I also like the flexibility of being able to change programs to add variety and challenge and my regular telephone catch-up with Katrina is always enjoyable and educational. I'm looking forward to 2010 to see how much further I can progress my fitness and overall wellbeing.

Here's my story...
I love the trainer4/Fizique programme.
I used to train with you when we both lived in Brisbane and I loved those sessions.
I hadn’t found someone I wanted to work with in WA, then I checked out your programme.
I know that I'll get an email every morning and that I will usually laugh as I read your comments, relating back to my goals and life activities.
The graphics are great, only you could look so good doing a dumbbell crunch.
I really like the variation and flexibility of the programme.
I had results in the first 2 weeks.
I had done a Yoga intensive in February and started this programme in the middle of March. I still do the yoga 2-3x/week
and the dog is loving the daily significant walk/run as part of the programme.

Trainer 4 is easy and effective, I lost 6kg in 6 weeks.
The exercise program can suit anyone cause you can do it at anytime, and it incorporates your life around exercise, my dog is enjoying the program cause she gets walked 3-4 times a week. The most improtant aspect for me is nutrition, I have never needed to diet but after babbies and I suppose just getting older the weight was not budging. Prior to starting Trainer 4 I had tried Boot Camp, and other group training and got nowhere, but from my initial consult my trainer Katrina outlined the importance of diet. I found that healthy eating is actually not that hard and making simple small changes combined with the right exercise program, its easy to loose weight.

Put simply, I hate exercise. I hate the thought of it, the pain and the time it takes. When I told Katrina this before starting her Trainer4 program, she was not alarmed and has worked with me over the past 6 weeks to make my journey to health and vibrancy as painless as possible. She took the things I do like (walking, yoga) and the days I like, and matched them with some simple exercises that I can do at home to provide me with a suitable mix of cardio and toning work.
I must say that I wasn't looking forward to starting but to my surprise, when I got my first text message 6 weeks ago with my exercise for that day, I was excited and determined. Now, I look forward to my “wake up text” and I have been really good with keeping up my schedule. Dare I say, I might even enjoy it! Katrina's support over the phone is invaluable and I really like that I don't have a trainer breathing down my neck, rather someone who is encouraging and supporting me while understanding that exercise has not been my friend in the past.
Already I feel more alert and energetic overall and over time I am hoping to see even greater results. Katrina has designed a program the really is “4” anyone. If I can do it so can you!

I am really impressed with the Trainer4program and the results I have achieved in only 4 weeks. I feel really toned, with muscle definition and my husband says my butt is shrinking! It is simple, varied and I never get bored. I awake to hear my MMS message telling and showing me what I can look forward to today. It is a great way to start the day and all over in approximately 30 mins, so no more excuses. I love the variety Katrina has prepared for me, encouraging me to also use the tools and equipment I had lying around the house and would only use infrequently before. So that is a bonus. And all with only 4 exercises. If it is wet I can still workout as hard indoors and reap the rewards. Thankyou Katrina Regards

Your online training has been very successful for me. As you are aware I had a ACL full knee reconstruction in February this year and was experiencing quite a lot of pain despite physio etc. Since following your program I have had very little or no pain and my leg has strengthened very well. I also am working my upper body. I feel fitter and better within myself and to top it off other people are noticing my toned legs and arms! J The program has allowed me flexibility which is of utmost importance with my hours and demands of work together with mothering and domestic chores.

I started a fitness program with Katrina 3 weeks after my baby was born. I was feeling overweight, unfit and weak after a caesarian delivery and months of inactivity. I was already getting a sore back from bending over to pick my baby up and was feeling distinctly wobbly getting up off the couch with babe in arms.
In just 4 weeks I can comfortably stand up from a squat holding my baby and my back is strong enough to start horse riding without any stiffness. I am feeling great despite the sleep deprivation, I have lost 4 kg, and wonder of wonders I was back into my jeans within 3 weeks!
And all this with no more than half an hour per session, 4 times per week! My program was carefully graded and tailored week by week according to how I was going. It always felt quite achievable and was flexible enough to fit into a busy day with a new baby. Sensible dietary advice, focusing on making small modifications to dietary habits also helped to achieve weight loss.
And all this for just over $20 per week! It is a great investment in personal health and well being. I can thoroughly recommend Katrina's program.
