We help you to work out what the best way of walking is for you. In time we will make it more challenging by adding resistance exercises. Trainer4 gives you all the guidance on how to walk and stretch healthly.

**Trainer4's custom exercise programs are designed to be finished on average within 30 minutes, however this time may vary due to individual circumstances. Each 4-week program allows for several rest days.
